Current Titles

   Current titles identify the current owner and will show all
   outstanding registered interests in the land. Such interests
   include mortgages, caveats, easements and builders' liens.

   To obtain a title search you must provide the legal description
   which consists of a plan, block and lot. Land Identification
   Number Code (LINC number) , title number, or the meridian,
   range, township, section and quarter can also be used for the    property you want to search. A search by municipal address
   can also be used but at an extra cost. Please come into the
   Southland Registrations office to obtain a land title.
